Modernization Index, MI: An over view study

Modernization Index,MI is an important social development index which represent the degree of modernity or rate of modernization of the state & nation worldwide by Mathematical Modernization Theory. Generally the term “Modernization ” seem as the process of developmental, the process of social change. But in Mathematical Modernization Theory, Modernization was seem as the complex process of social change ( combination of our total personal & societal life) including with science & technology. The principle statement of MM Theory is “ With the improvement of human civilization (e.g. economic development, urbanization, industrialization, high literacy, technology & innovation, mobilization of workers and peasants and so forth ), the upward movement & smoothly incensement of human culture ; competing similar position & oppositely movement of basic cultural indicators of modernization ( pear relation, family pattern ) in time differences is seem as modernization. The Modernization Index is the standard means of measuring sustainable development combined with cultural details. On the other hands, Modernization Index is a comparative measure of life standard (total economical condition e.g. GNP per capita, PPP, poverty & poverty level & including with salary, job security, job satisfaction & unemployment rate etc), infrastructural development, education, recreation & also cultural details including total technological facilities of the state & nation worldwide.

Dimensions or Indices of MI :

The Modernization Index MI combines eight dimensions or indicators. ( As Mathematical Modernization Theory has eight basic dimensions or indicators ) The indicators or dimensions are as below :

General Characteristics of Indicators defining scale

• Indicators of modernization represent the area & fields of modernization, value, scale & degree of modernity.
• All of the indicators are theoretically defined by – 1 to + 1 Scale & mathematically calculated its value & degree or level.
• All of the indicators are defined by considering technological improvement e.g. science & technology.
• All of the Indicators are defined by Six categories but the range or level are not same as.
• The Scale are universal e.g. scale of all above indicators are static(“- 1 to + 1”) & fixed !!

It’s the common diagram of the indicators defining scale – 1 to +1 of Mathematical Modernization Theory. All of the point has a specific definition. This diagram introduced as Software of Social Science & the value of above indices & points are known as modernization.

According to the MMT, the sum total value of above eight indicators are known Modernization. So the Modernization Index,MI calculate & explain by the following equation-

As MI is calculated by Geometric Sociological Research Method (GSM) for so why real picture of the state & nation would be come out by ensuring person to person information.
It also distinguish whether the country is developed, under develop, developing or backward & also measure the impact of economical policy on the quality of life by representing the infrastructural development of the state & nation world wide.

Calculation technique of MI:

Geometric Sociological Research Method (GSM), a cubic interpolation technique basis scientific research methodology used in this research. It’s a new, fundamental & fully computerized research methodology where f(x)= y method used to represent data in the process field. In Geometric Sociological Research Method (GSM) eight 8 specific indices of MMT has eight 8 specific GSM chart or input chart that used to calculate the value of Modernization. Two steps have to used to calculate the value of Modernization Index. such as :

First step : Information have to represent in the Modernization Chart or Y_m Chart

Second step : Calculate the value of above indicators & the value of Modernization.
